Pastrami does have a lot of added salt to it which means that it contains a lot of sodium which is not good for your health if you eat too much pastrami.
Pastrami is okay for your health in moderation but when eaten in excess the pastrami increases your salt intake and sodium intake which in excess is bad for your health.
When you intake too much sodium or salt the increased salt or sodium in your diet increases your risk of developing high blood pressure and heart disease.
But eating pastrami in moderation is okay but just don't overeat it.
If you do have heart disease or suffer from high blood pressure then avoid eating too much pastrami and keep a check on your blood pressure to make sure the blood pressure is not getting too high.
