It's not bad to eat burgers in moderation as burgers are healthy in moderation because they do contain protein, iron and vitamin B12.

So that is good for your health.

But burgers are pretty high in fat content and each burger contains around 50 Grams of fat per burger you eat.

So eating too many burgers could cause heart disease, heart attacks, strokes, high cholesterol, blood clots etc.

But when eaten in moderation such as a burger per day or a burger every few days or once per week they are not bad for you.

I eat burgers at least 3 times per week when I go out to eat and sometimes eating them at home and I'm still healthy.

But if you're losing weight then eating burgers are not usually the best food because they can increase your weight gain instead of helping you lose weight.
