Does eating celery help you sleep?

For some people eating celery does help the person sleep better at night.

But for some people the eating of celery before bed keeps them awake at night and can also cause the person to need to get up at night to pee more because celery can have a diuretic effect on some people.

Celery Juice also helps some people sleep but can also keep people awake.

Just like with coffee some people sleep better when drinking coffee before bed and some people who drink coffee before bed are awake more.

Our bodies all work differently in how we sleep and what induces sleep and what keeps us awake.

But even if celery doesn't help you sleep it's still good to eat celery as it's very nutritious and can help remove toxins from your body.
