Ground Turkey can be eaten cold as long as the ground turkey has been cooked before.
If the ground turkey is raw and cold then no you should not eat the raw ground turkey but instead you should cook the raw ground turkey first.
If you eat raw ground turkey then you can get sick because of bacteria that can be in the ground turkey.
However if the ground turkey has been previously cooked and then just refrigerated then it's safe to eat the cold ground turkey.
Although the ground turkey would taste much better and be more appetizing when heated up.
But if you want to eat some cold ground turkey or other cold turkey or cold meat that has been cooked before then it's perfectly okay and safe to eat it.
