The reason that Europe does not refrigerate eggs is because the farmers in Europe who farm chickens vaccinate the chickens against salmonella.
And in Europe they believe that if you do refrigerate those eggs the refrigeration of the eggs in Europe could cause mildew growth and contamination.
It's also illegal in Europe to wash eggs by the farmers but at home you could wash eggs but not on the farm if you sell eggs.
Most eggs do not even need refrigeration anyway as long as they are consumed or eaten within a week or two weeks.
If the eggs have previously been refrigerated in the store though it's best to refrigerate them but farm fresh eggs do not need refrigeration.
