Grapes are not bad for diabetics to eat in moderation.
The grapes are only bad for diabetics when the diabetic person eats too many of the grapes which can increase the blood sugar level.
But in moderation grapes are healthy for diabetics to eat and can help manage their diabetes and may even prevent the persons diabetes from getting worse.
A diabetic can safely eat up to 15 grapes per day without raising their blood sugar level too much.
But still the diabetic should keep check on their blood sugar levels often to ensure the blood sugar levels do not get too high.
If the blood sugar level is getting too high then you may need to cut back on the amount of grapes you eat.
Grapes are good for you and a good source of Vitamins and Antioxidants and if you're not already diabetic the grapes can sometimes reduce your chance of developing diabetes.
