Cheese and crackers are a healthy snack in moderation.
However crackers can contain sodium which can be bad in large amounts but okay in moderation.
The cheese is also healthy for you in moderation and when eaten in moderation the cheese and crackers could actually benefit your health.
But when you consume too much cheese and crackers you may gain a lot of weight as well.
So as long as you just don't consume too much cheese and crackers you'll be fine.
Cheese and Crackers are much healthier for you than chips and other Junk Foods as well.
I eat cheese and crackers at least once per day to tide me over when I'm feeling a bit hungry and not ready to eat lunch.
