Selling shark meat can be illegal in some places such as some places in the USA.
However it's legal for humans to eat shark meat if they want too and shark meat consumption is legal at least in the USA.
So if you have shark meat and want to eat the shark meat or you want to serve the shark meat to family or friends you certainly can.
But some regulations may prevent you from selling shark meat in a store or in a restaurant.
Shark meat can be high in mercury levels which makes it not good to eat in large quantities but eating a bit of shark meat should do you no harm.
