Beetroots are very healthy for you and they are packed with nutrients that help you maintain good health.

Both beetroots and beetroot juice help to improve your blood flow, lower your blood pressure, and increase your exercise performance.

Beetroots and beetroot juice is also good for your kidney health and may even prevent kidneys disease as well as other diseases such as cancer, diabetes etc and they can improve your energy as well.

Beetroots and beetroot juice are also packed with nutrients such as fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C.

Beetroot can cause constipation in some people.

The reason that some people experience constipation from beetroot is because of the low stomach acid that some people have.

That low stomach acid makes it difficult for some people to digest and absorb nutrients and because of that your body may have trouble metabolizing the red pigment in beetroot.

That can then lead to constipation.
