Most litigator attorneys make around $87,000.00 per year which is lower than some other attorney professions who make more.

Other types of attorney's and lawyers may earn around $100,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year depending on how many cases they take on and how often they win for their clients.

If you want a very good attorney then you'll pay a high hourly rate or big lump sum as a flat rate fee for the attorney.

If you're facing possible prison time then you want a very good attorney if you can afford one to hopefully be able to keep you out of prison.

But for a litigator most any litigator you come across will be good in the court room.
