The healthiest soup that you can eat is homemade soup without lots of salt and you control the ingredients that go in the soup that make it healthier for you to eat.
Homemade soup is always the best when it comes to your health and for when you're trying to lose weight.
But canned soup is still healthy in moderation.
I prefer homemade soup myself as it tastes better and is fresher and healthier.
