Soup is good for weight loss and can help you feel full while not being too high in calories as long as you don't make a fattening soup such as adding a bunch of bacon, hamburger, sausage etc.
But eating some soup that is lower in calories and even eating some chicken soup can help with weight loss as well.
Just be sure to watch your calorie intake and the calories in the bowl of soup depends on the type of soup you have.
To aid in weight loss besides just eating soup eat other things such as salads and get plenty of exercise and even fast once in awhile.
I have also used diet pills before and they did help but I would not rely totally on diet pills.
Another faster way to weight loss would also be weight loss surgery but that can be costly so I would try more natural ways before such as exercising, eating low calorie foods including the soup and exercise.
