No you should not rinse sauerkraut unless you want to lose some of the good bacteria as well as the flavor.
If you rinse sauerkraut you lose and get rid of a lot of the surviving lactic acid bacteria ( along with many dead ones).
That makes the sauerkraut less healthy and also less tasty as it would had you not rinsed the sauerkraut.
There's really no need to rinse sauerkraut before you eat it and it's best to just put the sauerkraut on your food after you've cooked it.
If you put the sauerkraut on the food and then cook it you also kill off the good bacteria and probiotics just like rinsing the sauerkraut gets rid of a lot of the good bacteria and probiotics.
