A lot of Canadians do like maple syrup and eat and even sometimes drink the maple syrup a lot.
However just like Americans and everyone else not all Canadians or anyone else likes maple syrup just like we all have different tastes for other foods and drinks.
I like maple syrup but don't want it everyday even though maple syrup is really healthy for you but it could be fattening if you eat too much maple syrup.
Some Canadians do like maple syrup and like to drink a cup of maple syrup as well while other Canadians only enjoy the maple syrup on sausage, pancakes etc.
I like maple syrup on pancakes, toast, sausage and even just like putting maple syrup on some bread.
