When meatloaf is done it should be a brown like color or light brown in color when it's fully cooked.
It's best to cook the meatloaf until there are no pink colors to it but if there is a tiny bit of pink then it's safe to eat.
If you have a meat thermometer you can check the internal temperature of the meatloaf and when the internal temperature of the meatloaf has reached 160 F the meatloaf is done and ready to eat.

It takes around 1 hour to 1 hour and 25 minutes to fully cook a meatloaf at 350 F or 375 F degrees.
Also make sure to use some breadcrumbs or crackers and mayonnaise or eggs as a binding agent or the meatloaf will fall apart.
