Chicken in the oven should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 F which means the chicken is fully cooked.

When you cook chicken in the oven you should set the oven temperature to 350 F degrees.

So preheat your oven to 350 F and make sure the chicken is thawed out so that it cooks evenly because frozen chicken may only partially cook on the outside leaving the inside raw.

So thaw the chicken out in the refrigerator 24 hours prior to cooking it in the oven.

Then place the chicken in the 350 F degree oven and allow it to cook until it reaches 165 F degrees internal temperature.

Once the juices run clear and there's no more pink then the chicken is done which takes around 30 to 40 minutes depending on how much chicken you have in the oven.
