Yes evaporated milk does contain lactose so if you're lactose intolerant you will likely still get stomach issues from evaporated milk.
You can try drinking almond milk if you do have lactose intolerance or other non dairy milks.
But if you're lactose intolerant and drink some evaporated milk or bake things with the evaporated milk you will likely experience stomach issues.
Evaporated Milk is pretty high in lactose just like regular milk as the evaporated milk is regular milk from cows that goes through a process that evaporates it and makes it into condensed milk in a can.
It's still just milk but just in a different form.
