Yes the countries China and Pakistan are considered to be friends and have good relationships with each other.
China and Pakistan seem to work together as of now.
The PRC has provided economic, military, and technical assistance to Pakistan, and each country considers the other a close strategic ally. Bilateral relations have evolved from an initial Chinese policy of neutrality to a partnership with a smaller but militarily powerful Pakistan.
So yes as of now China and Pakistan get along together really well and are friends but that could change years down the road.
But at least right now they are friends and get long with each other.
