Yes you can freeze blue cheese.
All cheeses including blue cheese can be frozen and kept for 2 to 3 years or even longer.
Just be sure to wrap the cheese in some plastic wrap tightly and then place it either directly in the freezer or into a freezer safe sealed container.
Just do note that if you do freeze cheese including freezing blue cheese that the frozen blue cheese may change texture when you remove it from the freezer and thaw it out.
But if you use the frozen blue cheese in dishes where you melt the cheese such as in baking or other cooking the texture should not be noticed.
I freeze all types of cheese including the blue cheese and use it in cooked and baked dishes where the texture is not noticed.
