Eating cheese everyday is OK as long as you don't have high cholesterol.

Cheese contains health benefits because of the nutrients such as calcium, zinc, and vitamins A and B-1 which are all beneficial to your health and can help keep your bones healthy and strong.
However cheese can sometimes increase cholesterol levels and raise the risk of heart disease and stroke so you have to watch your cholesterol levels when eating cheese a lot.
But eating a few pieces of cheese everyday should not do any harm.
