If you eat raw bread dough the yeast contained in raw bread dough could cause digestion issues and make you feel very sick.
You may experience bloating, abdominal pain, vomiting etc.
There's also the potential for the raw bread dough to contain bacteria that can make you sick so it's recommended to not eat any raw bread dough.
The cooking or baking of the raw bread dough that turns it into bread kills off that bacteria but when it's raw the bacteria can thrive in it and make you sick.
You can't tell whether the bacteria is in the bread dough or not because it cannot be seen.
There have been people who've eaten or even just tasted some raw bread dough they've been fine but in my opinion it's not worth the risk of potential illness or death.
