Candy Canes are mostly seasonal and sold mostly during Thanksgiving and Christmas time.
I've never seen any candy canes sold in stores after the Thanksgiving and Christmas months because most people don't buy candy canes until it's the Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving.
You might be able to buy candy canes year round online though because I believe candy canes are still made year round they just aren't sold as much.
I've never bought candy canes other than on Christmas myself but I do love them and I stock up on them even after Christmas when they go on sale.
You can get candy such as candy canes cheaper after the holidays and they will last quite awhile.
