Quora does contain a lot of questions and good answers from real people just like this website contains questions and answers from real people.
But all websites including Quora can have wrong information being given to you because websites that are question and answer based have the questions asked by somebody and then somebody else or some other people come along and answer the question.
So you may not be getting a completely reliable answer and it would not be good to rely on any website including Quora for answers that you really need help for such as for a test etc.
There are some professional people that go on Quora and other websites including this one so you may be getting quality answers.
I've found that answers on this website and even Quora or even Yahoo answers have been pretty accurate and gave me the right information I was looking for.
