Although risotto is most commonly made with wine you don't have to use wine to make risotto if you don't like the taste of wine or don't have any wine.
I don't like wine either for cooking or drinking so I don't use wine when I make my risotto.
When I make my risotto I don't use wine but instead I use the substitute for wine in risotto which is chicken broth mixed with a few drops of lime juice.
Just take some chicken broth and mix a few drops or so of lemon juice and you'll have a good substitute for wine in risotto.
I think the risotto in my opinion tastes better with the chicken broth and lemon juice but some people prefer to have the wine in their risotto if that's what they like.
