Is it bad to skip eating breakfast in the morning?

Yes it is bad to skip breakfast because you need energy in the morning before lunch time comes around.

If you skip breakfast and go to work then you'll feel drained and not energized and so you can't focus on your work properly or anything else.

Food gives out bodies energy and we need the food to keep our bodies healthy and moving.

So if you skip breakfast you'll lose that energy but if you eat breakfast in the morning you'll have more energy through the day before lunch.

Always eat at least something such as a quick bowl of cereal, sausage, eggs or even an apple or two apples will keep you energized enough to work throughout the day before lunch.

I used to skip breakfast and I lost a lot of energy and couldn't focus on my work but after eating breakfast in the morning I got more done at work because I had more energy.
