Milk is very healthy for you and provides protein and calcium which helps build strong bones.

You can drink a glass of milk before breakfast which is what I do but I also drink another glass of milk while eating breakfast.

I love milk and have two glasses of milk in the morning and drink one glass of milk while I'm making breakfast and then when I eat my breakfast I drink another glass of milk.

The meaning of breakfast is break fast which means that you are breaking your fast after not eating overnight.

Whenever we go to sleep we are really fasting and then when we wake up we're hungry again and need to eat to break that fast so that we can have energy during the day in the morning.

If you don't eat breakfast in the morning you don't have as much energy to get through the morning until lunch hour comes around.

So you should eat something such as an apple, banana etc to give you some energy before you eat lunch.

Breakfast basically means break fast where you are breaking the fast that you were in overnight when you're asleep.

When we are sleeping we are always without thinking about it fasting and in the morning we should eat something to break that fast.

You'll feel more energized and ready for the day when you eat something instead of going without breakfast.

I used to go without breakfast a lot and noticed I had a decrease in energy but after eating breakfast I'm more energized and get more done instead of waiting until lunch time.
