A Honey Baked Ham will last for 4 to 5 days in the refrigerator before it goes bad.

Although the refrigerator keeps the Honey Baked Ham cool it doesn't keep it cold enough to keep all bacteria from it and after 5 days in the refrigerator the Honey Baked Ham will begin to spoil and go bad and smell bad as well.

So if you want to keep the Honey Baked Ham longer than 5 days you should freeze it instead.

If you freeze the Honey Baked Ham it will last up to a year easily although it loses it's freshness after 6 months in the freezer.

So if you want the freshest tasting ham you should eat it before 6 months even when it's frozen.

The ham will still be very safe to eat even after a year in the freezer but just not as fresh.
