Eating pork that has gone bad could make you sick and you'll likely get food poisoning.
The food poisoning that you can get from pork that is bad and spoiled or is raw or undercooked is Trichinosis which can cause symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever, chills and headaches.
Usually the food poisoning will go away on it's own within a few days to a week but if not you should see a doctor or go to urgent care especially if the symptoms begin getting worse.
I would still recommend going to the emergency room or urgent care if you did eat some bad meat and developed food poisoning just to be safe.
Some food poisoning types are not serious and deadly while some types of food poisoning are so it would be a good idea to get checked out to be safe.
