Regular Yogurt is actually better and healthier for you than Greek Yogurt is.
Although Greek Yogurt contains less sugar the Greek Yogurt also contains less protein and minerals including calcium that helps keep your bones strong and healthy.
The regular yogurt helps keep your bones healthier and stronger and has more calcium and protein than Greek Yogurt.
However both Greek Yogurt and regular Yogurt are healthy for you so eating both would be the best option and is what I do.
I love eating both Greek Yogurt and Regular Yogurt but eat more regular Yogurt because of it containing more Protein and Calcium as well as other healthy minerals.
