I've heard of some women who ate ceviche while breastfeeding but it's not recommended.
The ceviche could cause problems with your milk and then could cause harm to your baby when breastfeeding them.
So during breastfeeding or while pregnant avoid eating things such as the Ceviche until you're done breastfeeding or given birth.
It's not worth the risk of harming your baby or harming the pregnancy.
