When I eat kielbasa I like to eat things with it such as baked beans, mashed cauliflower. steamed broccoli, roasted onions and coleslaw.
All those sides go great with Kielbasa.
Some other good side dishes that go well with Kielbasa are Stewy White Beans, Barbecue Fries, Potato Salad, Sautéed Peppers and Onions, Grilled Vegetables, Creamy Parmesan-Polenta, roasted brussel sprouts, Roasted spaghetti squash with garlic and Parmesan and Sautéed cabbage with bacon and onions.
Those are some great dishes for sides to go well with Kielbasa but you might not like all of them but I mostly prefer the top listed sides that I mentioned above.
