When you pan fry fish you should get the cooking oil up to 365 F degrees which is the optimal cooking temperature for cooking fish.

Make sure the fish is thawed out fully before you put it in the pan to fry the fish because if you try to cook or fry frozen fish the outside may cook but the inside of the fish can still be cold and not fully cooked which can leave you with the inside of the fish being raw.

So thaw the fish out fully before you deep fry the fish or before you pan fry the fish.

When you pan fry fish start out by cooking the fish on low to medium heat until the temperature of the cooking oil gets hot enough.

Then after a few minutes turn the stove heat up to full heat and allow it to cook for another few minutes and then flip the fish over every few minutes until it's fully cooked.

A good way to know when fish is done and fully cooked is to see if it is opaque and flakes.

When fish is done it becomes opaque and flakes.

Pan frying fish should take around 10 to 12 minutes just be sure to keep an eye on it to avoid burning the fish.
