Rabbit meat is not a very fatty meat so it's a good meat to eat especially if you're losing weight or you're watching your weight.
Rabbit meat is only about 8.3% fat while beef and pork is more fattening at 38% percent fat and lamb is less fattening than beef and pork.
Lamb is 28% percent fat so the rabbit meat is less fatty than the beef, pork or lamb or other meats.
So that makes rabbit meat much healthier to eat than beef, pork and lamb but even lamb is healthier for you than beef, pork etc.
I like eating rabbit meat and lamb in soups and stews more than I like beef and pork.
