You can deep fry frozen potato wedges if you want too and they will be good just like baking the frozen potato wedges.
I prefer my potato wedges to be baked in the oven because they are tastier and healthier than deep frying them in the cooking oil.
But you can place the frozen potato wedges into the deep fryer and then let them cook in the deep fryer for 3 to 5 minutes or until the potato wedges are done enough to your liking.
If you bake the potato wedges you can place the frozen potatoes directly into a preheated oven.
Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees and allow the potatoes wedges to bake for 5 to 15 minutes or until they are done enough for you.
Just don't burn them and check them after 5 minutes.
