When you want to keep your deep fried or fried foods crispy when you refrigerate them you should first drain off as much of the cooking oil from the foods as you can do so.

Try squeezing out most of the oil from the foods and then place a paper towel into a container and place the fried foods onto the paper towel in the container.

Then seal the container and place it in the refrigerator.

Also wait until the fried foods are completely cooled down before placing them in the refrigerator to keep them crispy and becoming soggy.

If you place the fried foods into the refrigerator when they are still hot the condensation will cause them to get soft and soggy.

Then they won't stay crispy.

The paper towels will help absorb the cooking oil from the fried foods which is key to keeping the fried foods crispy in the fridge.
