Yes as a diabetic the diabetic can safely eat and consume coconut flour.

Coconut flour is a much better flour for those with diabetes to eat instead of regular flour but even regular wheat flour is healthy for diabetics as well.

Coconut flour is also rich in dietary fiber which can help lower your risk of developing heart disease and lower your cholesterol levels too.

Coconut flour is also lower in carbohydrates than regular wheat flour so it has a milder impact on a diabetics blood sugar levels as well as your blood glucose levels.

So if you want to eat coconut flour as a diabetic you can safely do so.
