Is chickpea flour healthier than wheat flour?

Chickpea flour is indeed more nutritious and healthier than wheat flour.

Compared to wheat flour the chickpea flour contains many more vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein but fewer calories and carbs than wheat flour.

If you need a good substitute for wheat flour and are looking at a healthier option then chickpea flour is a wonderful alternative to wheat flour.l

Also if you suffer from celiac disease, gluten intolerance etc then chickpea flour is a great alternative when it comes to baking foods with flour.

If you do suffer from celiac disease, gluten intolerance etc then the chickpea flour would be perfect.

Chickpea flour can be eaten raw.

It's much safer to eat raw chickpea flour than regular flour because of the lower risk of salmonella poisoning that occurs mostly with regular flour.
