If you're just starting out with using coconut oil in your coffee it's recommended to start by adding just one tablespoon of coconut oil to your cup of coffee.
Then after awhile you can add 2 or 3 tablespoons of coconut oil to your cup of coffee which is usually enough.
If you have a larger cup of coffee then you might want to add 2 tablespoons of the coconut oil to the coffee in the beginning.
When I drink coffee with coconut oil I add 2 tablespoons of the coconut oil to my coffee which is enough for me.
Adding the coconut oil to your hot coffee can help you burn off calories which can help you lose weight.
Just don't add too much coconut oil to your coffee as it might cause weight gain but adding just a bit of coconut oil to your coffee will help you lose weight.
You should also exercise as well to help you lose your weight.
