When shrimp is fully cooked and well done the exterior of the fully cooked shrimp should be pink with red tails and the flesh should be slightly opaque and a little white in color.
The time it takes to cook shrimp is around 4 to 5 minutes.
Make sure to fully cook the shrimp until you see no more grey parts because when the shrimp is not fully cooked it can cause you to get food poisoning.
So make sure the shrimp is well done and it should be done and ready to eat within 5 minutes depending on how many shrimp you have cooking.
The more shrimp you have in the pan the longer it will take to cook and make sure the shrimp is thawed out because frozen shrimp may not cook fully through even though it looks like it's done on the outside.
