As long as the Vintage Pyrex is not broken or chipped in anyway then yes it's safe to use vintage Pyrex cookware.

Vintage Pyrex is usually heavier and not dishwasher safe like modern Pyrex cookware is but it's still very safe to cook with Vintage Pyrex and use it for serving food.

The Pyrex cookware is made to last for years of use and can probably last 100 years or more with cooking and serving food.

I've used vintage Pyrex cookware before but I prefer to use my modern Pyrex cookware because it's dishwasher safe and lighter to carry around than the old vintage Pyrex that I have that was my grandmothers Pyrex.

Some people by vintage Pyrex cookware and just use it as a decoration in their kitchen but some people buy vintage Pyrex to cook with and serve food with and that's okay too.
