Just like regular brewed coffee Turkish Coffee can be healthy for you and help improve your heart health as well.

Turkish Coffee is usually a stronger coffee than regular brewed coffee is and is made with finely ground coffee beans that are unfiltered.

The coffee beans of Turkish Coffee are ground so fine that they resemble Cocoa Powder and it sits at the bottom of the Turkish Coffee because not all of the coffee grounds are absorbed by the coffee.

When drinking the Turkish Coffee you should shake the cup gently to agitate the coffee grounds with the coffee every few minutes or before you take another drink of the Turkish Coffee.

This helps to mix the coffee grounds in with the Turkish Coffee.

Turkish Coffee is pretty healthy for you and is said to be more healthy for you and your heart than regular brewed coffee.

I drink Turkish Coffee sometimes but it's stronger in taste than regular brewed coffee is.
