No you do not have to cook sesame seeds before eating them but you can cook the sesame seeds before eating them if that's the way you prefer to eat them.

Sesame Seeds are good either cooked or raw and you'll still get the health benefits from the sesame seeds either way.

It's safe to eat raw sesame seeds if you want to eat them that way or you can cook them.

Sesame Seeds can be eaten either raw or cooked and they are delicious and healthy in both raw and cooked form.

I love to sprinkle sesame seeds on salads and hamburgers and it makes a great meal and the sesame seeds are healthy for you as well.

Sesame seeds are more healthy though when eaten raw and contain fats, protein, B vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants that are essential to keep our bodies healthy and energized.
