Almonds are not the highest in Lysine but Almonds do contain a good amount of Lysine.

Almonds contain 3.525 g of Lysine per cup.

Dried Walnuts contain more Lysine than Almonds as dried walnuts contain 4.522 g of Lysine per cup.

Most all nuts and some seeds do contain Lysine and if you need to up your intake of Lysine then the almonds, Dried Walnuts and other nuts and seeds can help you increase your Lysine Levels.
