Is making your own bread healthier?

Yes homemade bread is usually much healthier than store bought bread because you use natural ingredients in your homemade bread.

But with store bought bread there can be some added ingredients that are not natural which helps the bread stay fresher longer.

Homemade bread also tastes much better than store bought bread and the same goes with homemade butter it's also healthier for you and tastes much better than store bought butter.

My mom made all her bread and butter homemade when we lived on a farm and it was very delicious and I could not get enough of the homemade bread and homemade butter.

If you use 100 percent whole wheat flour or other whole grain flours to make the homemade bread then the homemade bread is always healthier than store bought bread.

I wish I had the time to always make my homemade bread but I cannot make it all the time and sometimes have to buy store bought bread.

But even store bought bread can be healthy but homemade bread with 100 percent natural ingredients will always be healthier than any store bought bread.
