Mineral water is pretty healthy in moderation and contains some good health benefits since mineral water contains things such as magnesium, calcium, sodium which are all beneficial to our health.
But you don't want to intake too much of those minerals otherwise it could do more harm to your health than do good.
Mineral water contains large quantities of the magnesium, calcium, sodium so I would advise to drink the mineral water in moderation otherwise you might overdose on the minerals.
I can't stand mineral water myself so I wouldn't need to worry about drinking too much of it myself.
But it's okay to drink the mineral water as long as you do so in moderation and drinking one or two glasses of mineral water per day everyday is not gonna do you any harm.
Drinking too much mineral water can also lead to tooth erosion due to wearing off the natural tooth enamel that helps to protect your teeth.
