There are several healthy cheeses to eat and most cheeses are pretty healthy to eat.
But the healthiest of all cheese is Mozzarella Cheese which is a soft white cheese with a high moisture content and it's delicious as well.
Some other good healthy cheeses are Cheddar, Swiss, Parmesan, Ricotta, Feta, Cottage Cheese and Blue Cheese.
Blue Cheese is a pretty healthy cheese but not very tasty at least to me and Blue Cheese is made from either cow, goat, or sheep's milk that has been cured with cultures from the mold Penicillium which is probably what makes it taste bad to some people.
I can't stand Blue Cheese but my mother and father loves it and it is healthy but I could never eat it.
