Organic milk just like regular milk comes from cows that are milked.
The only difference though between organic milk and regular milk is how the cows who produced the milk are fed.
The milk that is organic comes from cows that are fed organically and not given any hormones.
The organic milk is usually more expensive than the regular milk is but it's usually healthier to drink the organic milk instead of the regular milk.
Still even regular non organic milk is healthy for you to drink but if you prefer to drink organic milk then paying the extra money for the organic milk can be worth it.
I find that organic milk also seems to taste better than non organic milk but I love both kinds of milk.
