To reheat frozen hash browns that are already cooked you can preheat an oven to 350 F and then place the frozen hash browns in the preheated oven in a baking sheet.

Then let the frozen hash browns reheat in the oven for 5 or 10 minutes and keep an eye on them so they do not overcook again.

You can also reheat the frozen hash browns in a skillet by drizzling oil into a skillet over high heat and then plate the frozen hash browns into the skillet to allow them to reheat and then flip the hash browns over as they are heating up to avoid overcooking the hash browns.

You can also let the frozen hash browns sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes before placing them in the skillet or oven so that it takes less time to reheat the frozen hash browns up.

I let my frozen cooked hash browns sit out for 30 minutes and then place them in the preheated oven for 5 minutes which is usually long enough for them to heat up.
