If you're just starting out eating Sauerkraut you should start with one or two spoonfuls of sauerkraut per day on your food or just eating.
This will allow your stomach and digestion system time to get used to the sauerkraut and good bacteria contained in the sauerkraut.
Then after eating one or two spoonfuls of sauerkraut per day you can then work your way up to eating 3 or 4 or even more spoonfuls of sauerkraut per day after a week or two.
However if you want to eat more sauerkraut when starting out you certainly can but I would ease into eating the sauerkraut otherwise you might get a stomach ache.
Sauerkraut is very healthy for you and can help improve your digestive health and help improve your gut health as well.
But you can eat as much sauerkraut as you want although I would advise eating the sauerkraut slowly to allow your stomach to get used to the sauerkraut.
