When you keep sprouted bread in the refrigerator it will last up to 2 weeks.
If you keep sprouted bread out on the counter at room temperature it will only last as long as 5 days.
And if you freeze the sprouted bread it will keep much longer since frozen sprouted bread will last up to a year.
When bakeries or stores sell the sprouted bread the stores or bakeries will usually freeze the sprouted bread to keep it from growing mold and to retain the bakery made taste of the sprouted bread.
I always keep my sprouted bread in the freezer to prevent mold growth and to retain the taste and it doesn't take that long for the sprouted bread to thaw out and be ready to eat.
Sprouted bread is good both in the refrigerator and in the freezer but if you eat the sprouted bread within 5 days you can leave it out on the counter at room temperature.
